Returns

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order jewelry, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, except where required by law.

 

If there's ever an issue with your order, contact us at studio@ecclesiajewelry.com and we’ll find the best path forward.

 

We’re happy to work with you on adjustments such as resizing or modifications for a small fee where possible.

 

If there is an issue due to our error, we will make it right — including repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.


 

EU Customers

 

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

This right does not apply to all items. Where an item is made to your specifications, clearly personalized, engraved, specially sourced, or otherwise custom-made for you, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use our EU Withdrawal & Return Request form within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order is eligible under EU law, the return shipment must be sent within 14 days of notifying Ecclesia of your withdrawal. We will provide return instructions if the item is eligible under applicable law.

 

For eligible EU withdrawal returns, the refund will include the purchase price and any standard outbound shipping paid at checkout. We are not required to refund upgraded or expedited shipping costs beyond the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to receive store credit instead.

 

The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the item, including tracked and insured return shipping, customs documentation, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and any other costs related to the return shipment, unless otherwise required by law. Returns must be shipped with all charges prepaid. If a return is sent with duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges owed by Ecclesia upon delivery, those charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law, or the package may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

 

Once we receive the returned item or receive proof that it has been sent back, we will issue any eligible refund within 14 days. We may deduct for diminished value if the item shows handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it, including wear, damage, alteration, missing components, or condition issues that affect resale.

 

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to receive store credit instead.

 

This policy does not limit any rights you may have if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or not as described.
