Custom Gemstone Request

For existing Ecclesia designs, we’re happy to offer custom gemstone sourcing. This process allows you to select a stone that’s tailored to one of our rings, with guidance from our team throughout.

Each stone must meet the shape and size requirements of the setting to ensure proper fit and proportion. In some cases, we may be able to modify a design to accommodate a larger or smaller stone. Stones are sourced and presented for review before a final selection is made.

Because stones cannot be held, they are only secured once full payment for the piece has been completed. While partial payments aren’t available for sourcing projects, 'Shop Pay' is available at checkout and offers flexible payment options to eligible customers.
