Shipping
Most pieces are made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time and varies by product. Please refer to each product page for current turnaround estimates. Once your order is complete, it will ship according to the method outlined below.
If an order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, the ready-to-ship pieces will be held until the made-to-order piece is complete so everything can ship together. If you would like to arrange separate shipments, please contact us at studio@ecclesiajewelry.com; additional shipping charges may apply.
In some cases, orders may be fulfilled from more than one location. If your order requires separate shipments from different fulfillment locations, you may be charged for more than one shipping label in a single combined shipping total at checkout.
U.S. Shipping
There is a flat $15 shipping and handling fee for U.S. orders.
All domestic shipments are fully insured and ship with signature required for security purposes. We prefer a direct handoff to help ensure your order arrives safely.
Once your order is complete, it will ship via an expedited 2–5 business day service, depending on destination and carrier. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before your order ships and we can remove it when available. If signature is waived, you assume responsibility once the package is marked as delivered. Some carriers may also allow you to pre-sign, hold for pickup, or adjust delivery preferences through their delivery management tools.
For higher-value orders, signature may be required by our insurer and may not be available to waive. In those cases, we recommend arranging delivery for a time when someone will be available to sign or using the carrier’s hold-for-pickup option when available.
International Shipping
International orders ship via expedited service once your piece is complete, and shipments are fully insured where possible.
We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited and DHL Worldwide Express wherever available. These services are well-suited for high-value shipments and DDP delivery. Estimated transit times are typically 3–7 business days for many destinations, though timing can vary depending on location, carrier schedules, customs clearance, and local delivery.
Customs processes and timelines differ by country and are outside of our control.
Signature confirmation is not available for all international shipments. We recommend monitoring tracking closely and using the carrier’s delivery management tools when available.
Duties and Import Taxes
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
For your convenience, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping whenever possible. This means that all applicable import duties and taxes are included in your final checkout price. You’ll pay one clear total upfront, helping to avoid surprise fees, delivery holds, or unexpected customs invoices upon arrival.
For countries where DDP is not available, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges may be due upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority or the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer. Ecclesia does not control these charges and cannot predict the final amount.
Guaranteed Duty and Tax Coverage
We guarantee that the duties and taxes included at checkout are calculated accurately. If customs adjustments occur, we will work with Shopify to ensure you receive a full refund for any difference.
Shipping Insurance
All orders ship fully insured where coverage is available, providing protection against loss or damage in transit.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at studio@ecclesiajewelry.com as soon as possible to begin a claim.
Please note that carriers generally consider a shipment complete once it is marked as delivered. After that point, they may not approve lost-package claims. We strongly recommend monitoring tracking and ensuring someone is available to receive your package.
If a signature requirement is waived, or if a carrier delivery option is changed at the customer’s request, Ecclesia is not responsible for loss or theft after the package is marked as delivered.
Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for failed deliveries. Packages may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier after multiple failed delivery attempts. We do not control carrier actions or the notifications sent by the carrier, and we only have access to the same tracking information provided to you.
If you receive a failed delivery notification, we recommend contacting the carrier directly as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pickup.
If an item is returned to us because of a failed delivery, missed delivery attempt, incorrect address, refused delivery, unpaid import charges, or failure to retrieve the package, you will be responsible for any return shipping, carrier fees, customs fees, and reshipping costs. No refunds will be issued for failed, refused, or abandoned deliveries.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs processing, refused deliveries, unpaid import charges, or missed delivery attempts.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@ecclesiajewelry.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in transit.
