Most pieces are made to order and require 6–10 weeks for production. Additional services may extend this timeline slightly.

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

In-stock pieces ship within 7 days. Select add-on services are available and may extend the timeline slightly.

Ring Sizing

Please ensure you select the correct ring size. If you’re unsure, we recommend professional sizing. Ring size scales can vary slightly between jewelers, so ask for the inside diameter or circumference in millimeters for the most accurate match.

Materials

We work with solid precious metals and carefully sourced stones from trusted partners. Metal options, finishes, and allergy considerations vary by piece. See our Materials page for more details.

Shipping

Orders ship fully-insured via expedited services once complete, where available. Transit time is separate from production time.

All U.S. deliveries require signature confirmation.

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts.

Signature Confirmation

All U.S. orders ship with signature required upon delivery by default for security purposes.

Signature confirmation is added where possible for International shipments.

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before your order ships and we can remove it. Once a signature requirement is waived, you assume responsibility for the package once it is marked as delivered.

In many cases, carriers also offer the option to pre-sign or adjust delivery instructions through their delivery management tools. We recommend monitoring tracking closely and selecting the delivery option that feels most secure for your location.

Phone number is required at checkout so that we can add Signature Confirmation. The carrier may contact you by phone if needed.

Duties & Import Fees

For most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your total (DDP), with no additional fees due upon delivery. For other regions, duties and taxes may be due upon delivery.

Repairs & Resizing

Service is available for items purchased directly from Ecclesia; secondhand pieces may be considered.

All work is quoted individually. Customers are responsible for shipping unless the service is required due to an error on our part.

Commissions

We are not currently accepting requests for custom designs. We plan to reopen for commissions later in 2026. For reference, custom designs will start at $4,000 and projects may take 6+ months to complete.

If you’re looking for a gemstone not currently offered for one of our designs, we may be able to source it. Submit a request using this form.

Appraisals

We offer third-party appraisals for pieces purchased directly from us.

Appraisals are prepared by an independent professional and include a written report suitable for insurance documentation.

This is not a laboratory grading certificate. If a stone includes a grading report (for example from the Gemological Institute of America), that will be noted separately in the product listing.

Appraisals are $140 per piece and typically add about one week to the production timeline.

Payment Plans

We offer Shop Pay Installments to qualifying customers in the U.S. and Canada, allowing you to split your purchase into multiple payments.

Options and approval are determined at checkout by Shop Pay and Affirm.
