Made-to-Order Pieces (6–10 Week Production)
All pieces, except ready-to-ship ("RTS"), one-of-a-kinds, and commissions, are hand crafted for you once your order is placed. Regular turnaround time for domestic orders is between 6 and 10 weeks, international orders may take a little longer because of shipping times.
If a black or white rhodium finish, or gold plating, is added to your piece, please allow up to an additional week for production.
If you need your order sooner, expedited production and delivery can be requested for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline and get a quote.
For made-to-order pieces, we accept order cancellations within 48 hours. After 48 hours, you are committed to your order. To cancel your order, email us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces (Ships Within 7 Days)
Everything in our Ready to Ship collection ships within 7 days. Any added services, like resizing, may extend that timeline slightly.
Ready to ship pieces are subject to final sale.
One-of-a-Kind Pieces
O.O.A.K.'s are hand carved and no molds are made. The piece will never be replicated.
No adjustments or re-sizing possible unless otherwise noted.
These pieces will ship within a few days of being ordered.
Commissions
We’re not currently accepting commission requests for fully custom pieces. We’ll open commissions again later this year. To be notified when they reopen, please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media.
For reference, custom commissions typically begin in the $3,500–$5,000 range. Each piece is hand carved from start to finish and may take up to six months to complete.
We are currently taking requests for custom gemstones to be set into our existing gold pieces. For more information on how that process works, click here.
U.S. Shipping
There is a flat $15 shipping and handling fee for all U.S. orders.
All domestic orders ship fully insured and require a signature at delivery for security.
Once your piece is complete, it will ship via 2–5 business day service with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio so you can follow it every step of the way.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Signature Confirmation (U.S.)
All U.S. orders ship with signature required upon delivery by default for security purposes.
If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before your order ships and we can remove it. Once a signature requirement is waived, you assume responsibility for the package once it is marked as delivered.
In many cases, carriers also offer the option to pre-sign or adjust delivery instructions through their delivery management tools. We recommend monitoring tracking closely and selecting the delivery option that feels most secure for your location.
International Shipping
International orders ship fully insured via expedited service once your piece is complete.
We ship with FedEx, UPS, and DHL international services. Estimated transit times typically range from 3–7 business days for major destinations, and longer for certain regions. Higher-value orders may ship via express service. Final delivery timelines depend on destination, carrier schedules, and customs clearance, which can occasionally cause delays outside of our control.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Whenever available, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your checkout total, so you won’t be surprised with additional charges upon delivery.
You’ll receive full tracking once your order leaves our studio. Signature confirmation is not available for international shipments, so we recommend monitoring tracking closely and using the carrier’s delivery management tools if offered in your country.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for customs delays, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
Duties & Import Taxes
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
For your convenience, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to most countries. This means that all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price. You'll pay one clear total, eliminating potential shipping delays and customs complications.
Guaranteed Duty and Tax Coverage
We guarantee that the duties and taxes included in your checkout price are accurate. If customs adjustments occur, we'll work with Shopify to ensure you receive a full refund for any difference.
Shipping Insurance
All orders ship with full insurance coverage included. We insure every package for its full value to protect against loss or damage in transit.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com as soon as possible so we can begin the claims process.
Please note: carriers consider a shipment complete once it is marked as delivered. After that point, they will not approve lost-package claims. For this reason, we strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and ensuring someone is available to receive the package when it arrives.
Failed Delivery
Please be aware that we are not responsible for failed deliveries. Packages may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier after multiple failed delivery attempts. We have no control over the carriers actions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. If the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
We cannot control the notifications sent by the carrier. We only have access to the same tracking information as you. Please note that a carrier may partner with a local carrier for final delivery. If you receive a failed delivery notification, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
Restrictions on International Orders
Due to country-specific customs regulations, some jewelry shipments are restricted. As a result, customers in certain regions may not see our full catalogue.
To view all available pieces, you can select “United States” from the Country/Region menu at the bottom of the site. If there’s something you’d like to purchase but can’t order directly, please email us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com and we’ll see if we can arrange it.
These orders may require a customs broker and are likely subject to duties and taxes payable upon delivery or pickup.
G.P.S.R.
We're still figuring out what these regulations mean for small businesses like Ecclesia. To check out our product risk assessment and related information, visit here.
Pay Later with Shop Pay
We are able to offer Shop Pay Installments to qualifying customers in the U.S. and Canada, giving you the option to split your order into payments.
- Pay in 4 bi-weekly installments or a monthly plan (debit card required for monthly)
- Some payment types (including Capital One, Chase, prepaid cards, and digital wallets) aren’t supported
- Final approval is determined by Affirm at checkout

Stone Wearability & Selection
When choosing a gemstone, particularly for engagement rings, hardness and durability play an important role. Check out our quick guide on gemstone hardness.
Ring Sizing
Please be sure to select the correct ring size. If you’re unsure, we strongly recommend visiting a jewelry store that sells engagement rings and having your finger professionally sized, with the measurement provided in millimeters.
Check out our ring size chart.
Repairs
If your Ecclesia piece needs repair, please email us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com. We’ll review the details and get back to you with a recommendation and estimate. Return shipping may apply.
At this moment, we don’t offer stone swaps, unless the original stone was damaged and requires replacement.
Jewelry Maintenance
Keep jewelry clean and dry.
Wipe down your jewelry after using lotions, salves, and perfumes in order to prevent unwanted tarnish.
Don't store jewelry alongside non-precious metal items.
Over time, our silver pieces may naturally darken. With proper care, you can keep the jewelry looking like new.
