Please read before placing an order
Orders
All pieces, except ready-to-ship ("RTS"), one-of-a-kinds, and commissions, are hand crafted for you once your order is placed. Regular turnaround time for domestic orders is between 6 and 8 weeks, international orders may take a little longer because of shipping times.
For made-to-order pieces, we accept order cancellations within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you are committed to your order. To cancel your order, email us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com.
Due to the nature of custom jewelry, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We do not issue refunds. Please contact us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com if you have any problems with your order and we will work with you to find a solution.
Holiday Orders
U.S. orders for made-to-order pieces must be placed by November 1st in order to ensure it arrives in time for X-Mas.
We cannot guarantee that international orders for made-to-order pieces placed after October 18th will arrive in time for the holidays.
Ready to Ship (“RTS”)
We've stocked up on some of our most popular pieces! All items in this collection will ship within 7 days. Ready to ship pieces are subject to final sale.
Orders of multiple items may be sent from different locations and/or at different times.
Shipping Insurance Options
1. Route Package Protection (Highly Highly Recommended):
- Selected by default at checkout, but you can easily opt out if preferred.
- Covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages with a streamlined claims process.
- The cost of Route depends on the order value and is calculated at checkout.
- Track package through Route site or app.

2. Default Shipping Insurance ($200 Limit)
- Included on all orders if you decline Route Package Protection.
- If your package is lost or damaged, contact us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com to file a claim.
- Successful claims are limited to a refund or credit of up to $200 only. Please note: This process might take longer than using Route.
U.S. Shipping Options
USPS Priority Mail 1 to 3 business days delivery time. Includes USPS Tracking. Cost calculated at checkout.
UPS Ground 1 to 5 business days delivery time. Includes 24/7 Tracking. Cost calculated at checkout.
International Orders
International Shipping
UPS Worldwide Expedited Delivery time varies depending on region but estimates are from 3 to 7 days. Service includes end-to-end tracking. Supports DDP, indicating duties, taxes, and fees have been prepaid. Costs calculated at checkout.
DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct Available in select regions. Delivery expected in 4-8 business days to Europe and Canada, between 8-14 for the rest of the world. Full Tracking. Supports DDP, indicating duties, taxes, and fees have been prepaid. Costs calculated at checkout. Not available for orders over maximum order value (varies by country).
Duties and Import Taxes
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
As of August 27th, 2024: For your convenience, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means that all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price. You'll pay one clear total, eliminating potential shipping delays and customs complications.
Guaranteed Duty and Tax Coverage
We guarantee that the duties and taxes included in your checkout price are accurate. If customs adjustments occur, we'll work with Shopify to ensure you receive a full refund for any difference.
Restrictions on International Orders
Due to varying customs regulations, jewelry shipments may be restricted in some countries, including:
- France
- Switzerland
- India
- Brazil
- Indonesia
- Kuwait
- Malaysia
- Mexico
- Portugal
- Russia
Unfortunately, this means that customers in these countries may not be able to access the full catalogue on our site. If you'd like to explore our full product selection, you can select "United States" from the "Country/region" dropdown menu at the bottom of our site. If you see any items that you are interested in purchasing but are restricted from ordering, please contact us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com and we'll work with you to make the order happen. These orders will likely involve dealing with a customs broker and having to pay duties/taxes upon pickup.
Signature Confirmation
If you would like to add Signature Confirmation to your shipping, please leave a note when you checkout.
Failed Delivery
Please be aware that we are not responsible for failed deliveries. Packages may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier after multiple failed delivery attempts. We have no control over the carriers actions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. If the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
We cannot control the notifications sent by the carrier. We only have access to the same tracking information as you. Please note that a carrier may partner with a local carrier for final delivery. If you receive a failed delivery notification, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
One of a Kind Pieces
O.O.A.K.'s are hand carved and no molds are made. The piece will never be replicated.
No adjustments or re-sizing possible unless otherwise noted.

Ring Sizing

Please make sure you choose the correct ring size. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend that you visit a jewelry store that sells engagement rings and have them accurately size your finger.
Repairs
If your Ecclesia jewelry requires repair, please email us at orders@ecclesiajewelry.com. We will assess and reply with an estimate. Shipping costs will apply as well.
Jewelry Maintenance
Keep jewelry clean and dry.
Wipe down your jewelry after using lotions, salves, and perfumes in order to prevent unwanted tarnish.
Don't store jewelry alongside non-precious metal items.
Over time, our silver pieces may naturally darken. With proper care, you can keep the jewelry looking like new.
