Regular turnaround time for made-to-order pieces is between 6 and 8 weeks, while ready-to-ship pieces can ship within a week.
We only accept order cancellations within a day.
Due to the nature of custom jewelry, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We do not issue refunds.
