Production Time

Our made-to-order gold rings are hand-crafted individually for each order. Regular production time is 7–10 weeks.

Selecting additional services, such as black rhodium or white rhodium plating, may extend this timeline slightly.

Gold Options

Gold pieces are available in 14k yellow, white, or rose gold; select your preference above.

Traditional white gold alloys contain nickel. A nickel-free palladium white gold option is available upon request and will be quoted separately—please contact us before placing your order if needed.

We primarily work in 14k gold. 18k gold is available upon request.

Ring Sizing

Ring size scales vary slightly between jewelers. Please make sure you know your correct ring size before placing an order. Refer to our Ring Size Guide for additional information and our in-house sizing chart.

Rhodium Finishes

Optional finishing services are available, including black rhodium and white rhodium plating.

Black rhodium creates a dark finish with subtle variation and depth. White rhodium provides a bright, reflective white finish and is used for white gold only.

These services may extend the overall turnaround time.

Order & Shipping Details

As each ring is custom made, we’re unable to offer standard returns or exchanges. If there’s ever an issue, please reach out. We stand behind our work and will make every effort to ensure everything is right.

Orders ship insured via expedited services once the piece is complete.

Appraisal
A third-party appraisal is available for a flat fee of $140 and includes a written report for insurance or documentation purposes.

Appraisal typically adds ~1 week to turnaround.
